Ingredients

Unsalted Butter Sugar Sour Cream Eggs Vanilla Extract Gluten Free Flour Baking Powder Baking Soda Strawberries or Berries

In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, melted butter, sour cream, yogurt, sugar and vanilla.

Let's Make It!

Stir in the remaining dry ingredients until thick, then fold in the chopped strawberries, berries, or chocolate chips.

Evenly pour out the batter into a prepped muffin tin, then let rest while the oven preheats. This helps makes the muffins tender and extra fluffy!

Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, then allow to cool before serving!

Can These Be Made Dairy Free?

Yes! Replace the yogurt with coconut or almond milk yogurt, the higher fat content the better. For the butter use vegan butter sticks, but cut the salt to ¼ teaspoon.
