Ingredients Needed:

Meat Sauce:  Italian Sausage  Ground Beef  ∣ Onion Garlic ∣ Crushed Tomatoes Italian seasoning   Brown sugar  Filling: Ricotta ∣ Egg ∣ Parmesan Assembly: Gluten-Free Lasagna Sheets Mozzarella

Saute the sausage, beef, onion, and garlic. Add the crushed tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Whisk the egg then stir salt, pepper, ricotta, and parmesan cheese.

Layer the sauce, lasagna sheets, ricotta filling, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat twice, ending with sauce and cheese.

Cover securely with foil and bake for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes more.
