Easy, homemade gluten-free cut-out cookies tastes so much like old fashioned ones, no one will know the difference!

Ingredients

Butter Sugar Egg Milk Vanilla Salt Gluten-Free Flour

In a large bowl cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. 

STEP ONE

Add the egg, milk, and vanilla. 

STEP TWO

Add the gluten-free flour and beat until combined. Cover the bowl and chill for 1 hour.

STEP THREE

Roll out the dough on a gluten-free flour surface, cut out, and bake for 10 minutes.

STEP FOUR

Yes. Substitute a vegan butter stick and dairy-free milk.

Can I make this dairy-free?

Yes. Gluten-free sugar cookies can be frozen unbaked or after baking.
