Ingredients

Gluten-Free Bread Eggs | Ground Cinnamon Whole Milk | Granulated Sugar Unsalted Butter | Ripe Bananas Chocolate Chips Light Brown Sugar Vanilla Extract

Add the bread, chocolate chips, and melted butter in a large bowl. Transfer to a greased baking dish.

Whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla. Pour over the bread mixture.

Allow the bread to sit and absorb the custard mixture for 15 minutes before baking. Once baked, allow to cool slightly before serving with ice cream.
