Ingredients

Chuck Roast | Olive Oil Onion Garlic | Beef Broth | Beer Worcestershire Dried Onions Onion Powder Celery Salt

Season your chuck roast and sear it on both sides in the Instant Pot.

Let's Make It!

Sauté the onions and garlic. Then add liquid ingredients and the beef back to the Instant Pot. Seal and cook for 45 minutes.

Remove the meat and place in a large bowl. Separate the beef into chunks and set aside

Separate the onions from the Au Jus and then pour the Au Jus into a serving bowl to have with the sandwiches.

Toast the hoagie buns with provolone until melted. Layer with beef, reserved onions, and serve with a bowl of au jus!

Can This Recipe Be Cooked From Frozen?

Yes! Add the frozen beef to the instant pot as normal but add an additional 20 minutes, for a total of 65 minutes. Allow the pressure to release naturally for 25 minutes before continuing with recipe.
