BUFFALO CHICKEN CHILI

Slow- Cooker

Slow Cooker Buffalo (or Instant Pot!) Chicken Chili has the perfect amount of spice, a smooth creamy base, lots of tender chicken, and takes only 10 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients

Chicken Breasts Great Northern beans Fire Roasted Tomatoes Chicken Broth Buffalo Wing Sauce Ranch Dressing Mix Sweet Corn Kernels Onion Powder Garlic Powder Celery Salt Dried Cilantro Salt Cream Cheese

In a 5 quart slow cooker combine all the ingredients except the cream cheese and toppings.

STEP ONE

Cook on high for  4 hours or low for  8 hours. 

STEP TWO

Shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks. Add the cream cheese and stir. Serve with desired toppings.

STEP THREE

Can I make this in an Instant Pot?

Yes! Add all the ingredients except the beans and cream cheese. Cook on HIGH pressure for 15 minutes then add remaining ingredients.

Can I make this low carb?

Yes! For low carb chili, omit the beans and corn.
